New Heart & Life Ministries was formed to prophetically fulfill the purposes of God as He builds the Church. That mission is defined by building the men and women of God to embrace the fulness of Gods word and the gifts He has given each of us, empowering all to be the living temples of His Holy Spirit in the earth. NH & L was called to stand alongside regional leaders with passion to teach and train God's people in their gifts and anointings applying the Logos and Rhema word of God through multiple creative avenues and in practical, hands-on application.

The ministry is a diverse platform and has been formed to release revelation knowledge through visual
arts and expressing biblical truth through dramatic enactments, types, signs, symbols. Multi-faceted, Cheryl developed "doxa", a retail gift and art business created to captivate the public with the arts and utilize them as an evangelistic tool ministering Gods voice in the marketplace. Furthering the fullness of expression of the body of Christ and it diversity, the group B.O.W. was formed to sharpen leaders and provide a place of advance in others by their unique expressions and gifts in the Kingdom. These mature leaders join together with the generations to advance the Kingdom of God through teaching, prayer and prophecy while utilizing His divine administrations with regional prophetic trainings. 

These pursuits spring from a life long passion in design, community and city building as component of advance for the Kingdom of God. These desires formed as Cheryl studied the dominion mandate in Genesis and the journeys of Abraham who "looked for the city whose builder and maker was God".  The model was manifested in the life of the disciples and Jesus as they transformed regions an territories with the truth of Gods love and power. An entertaining and powerful speaker, she has raised and equipped many sons and daughters in Christ across the nations. Cheryl and her husband, Larry, live in Dallas, Texas.
